Rusev Shockingly Forces Sheamus To Tap Out For Just 2nd Time In WWE Career
Sheamus and Rusev were expected to brawl at WWE Clash in Paris, and boy, did they put on a show!
The two heavyweights and former tag team partners competed in a “Good Ol’ Donnybrook Match,” which had no rules, except the pinfall or submission must be carried out inside the ring.
From steel chairs to kendo sticks and the ringside steel steps, various equipment came into play in this heavy-hitting match.
The ringside area had a unique setup with a wooden bar and several whiskey barrels stationed for use.
The Celtic Warrior and the Bulgarian Brute fought inside and out of the ring to gain an advantage over the other.
Rusev Brutalizes Sheamus With The Sheleighleigh
In a rare occurrence, Sheamus even attempted a jump off the top rope, but got hit with a Kendo stick.
At one point, Sheamus lifted Rusev as they stood over the whiskey barrels and hit the White Noise from the top through two tables laid out below.
To everyone’s shock, Rusev entered the ring first and grabbed the sheleighleigh, was hit by a Brogue Kick, followed by an unsuccessful pin.
Rusev then broke the sheleighleigh, by hitting it on his opponent’s back. He used the equipment to tap Sheamus out.
BEST. BAR FIGHT. EVER.

The Celtic Warrior had only tapped out once before in televised matches throughout his legendary WWE career. It came in 2021 when he submitted to Bobby Lashley’s Hurt Lock on RAW.
