Ruby Soho Returns From Injury On AEW Dynamite
At long last, Ruby Soho is back in AEW for the first time since her injury at AEW All Out.
During the Buy In prior to AEW All Out, Ruby Soho teamed with Ortiz to take on Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo for the AAA Mix Tag Team Championship. While Sammy and Tay managed to leave with their tag team gold, Ruby Soho left the show with a severely broken nose after an errant knee to the face from Melo. The injury forced her to undergo surgery, and the star hasn’t been seen on AEW programming since.
That is, she hadn’t been seen until the most recent episode of AEW Dynamite. Following Willow Nightingale’s victory over Anna Jay, Soho’s popular Rancid theme rang out throughout the Indianapolis arena, and as Tay Melo stood in the ring shouting toward the entrance ramp, the returning star appeared behind her, launching a surprise attack on the woman who put her out of action.
Ruby Soho grabbed her foe and dragged her to the entrance ramp, delivering a brutal Destination Unknown before kissing her on the forehead.
Look who's back! And @realrubysoho goes STRAIGHT for @TayMelo!

Soho wasn’t the only one to return from injury on AEW Dynamite. After suffering a scary mid-match concussion during a bout with Jox Moxley in October, “Hangman” Adam Page also made his return on November 30th, confronting Moxley before the two had a hellacious brawl. Security had difficulty containing the two men, and they could still be seen brawling backstage following a commercial break before referees and security finally got the situation under control.
Elsewhere on AEW Dynamite, MJF unveiled a brand new AEW World Championship belt before shockingly attacking William Regal, the man who helped him win the title at AEW Full Gear.
