Ronda Rousey Admits No One Knows What’s Going On In WWE

SmackDown star Ronda Rousey has admitted that nobody seems to know what’s happening in WWE following the shocking return of Vince McMahon.

Vince McMahon originally announced his retirement in July 2022 amid allegations of sexual misconduct and ‘hush money’ payments made to female former employees of the company. However, things changed dramatically in the first week of 2023 after it emerged that McMahon was making an audacious play to return to WWE’s Board of Directors.

That move has now happened with Stephanie McMahon then announcing her resignation as WWE Chairwoman and co-CEO before the remaining Board members unanimously voted to name Vince McMahon as Executive Chairman.

Those office politics could be dwarfed if reports surrounding a potential sale of WWE to the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund prove to be true.

Speaking on a YouTube stream, former SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey gave her thoughts on the current situation and says nobody really knows what’s happening:

“If you haven’t noticed, everything’s a little bit in flux with the WWE right now. I don’t think anybody knows what’s going on with anybody this week, let alone weeks from now.”

While reports of a sale of WWE are far from being confirmed, one WWE Superstar has reportedly noted that they would be “done” with the company if such a sale takes place.
