Roman Reigns Needs Help At WWE Crown Jewel

Roman Reigns needed some help to see off the challenge of LA Knight at Crown Jewel as they clashed for the WWE Universal Championship.

LA Knight has been on one of the most meteoric rises in WWE history as the fans got behind him and helped propel him to the main event of Crown Jewel where he challenged for the WWE Universal Championship for the first time in his career.

However, as incredible as the rise of Knight has been in WWE, he came up against a man who has redefined the history books in WWE over the last three years – Roman Reigns.

Roman Reigns has blasted past 1,000 days as WWE Universal Champion since winning the gold back at the end of August 2020. At 2022’s Crown Jewel, he put the gold on the line against Logan Paul but in 2023 he faced an even bigger challenge when he took on LA Knight. Logan Paul captured the US Title at the event from Rey Mysterio, wiping away his own failures from the previous year.

Roman Reigns Get Some Help To Beat LA Knight

In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Roman Reigns put his title on the line for the 30th time and faced the fight of his life to keep his historic reign going. Jimmy Uso played his part in proceedings as he put Reigns’ foot on the ropes after Knight nailed the champion with Blunt Force Trauma to keep the match going.

As Knight took the fight to Uso on the outside of the ring, Roman Reigns nailed the challenger with a Spear through the ringside barricade. Reigns dragged Knight back into the ring for one more Spear to pick up the win.
