Former WWE star Rikishi has broken his silence about Naomi’s pregnancy.

The three-time Women’s World Champion is his daughter-in-law, married to Jimmy Uso, his son.

Last week, the women’s champion was scheduled to defend her title against Iyo Sky, but WWE announced that the match was called off due to her inability to compete.

Multiple reports emerged speculating about the reason behind the cancellation of such a high-profile match.

Naomi addressed the rumors on the August 18 taping, claiming that she was pregnant. During her segment, she ran a video of Jimmy Uso breaking the news on Stephanie McMahon’s podcast.

The 37-year-old delivered an impassioned promo before relinquishing the championship and sending a warning to the women’s division that she would return for it.

WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi has now reacted to the news, as he took to Instagram to post an emotional message.

Naomi Hits Back At Becky Lynch After Personal Attack

While Naomi celebrated the big news with her family and WWE friends, one wrestler criticized her, calling her pregnancy ‘irresponsible.’

Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch was critical of the champion getting pregnant during her championship run.

Not one to hold back, Naomi delivered a response full of suavity, calling out Lynch’s hypocrisy.

Notably, Becky Lynch was in the middle of a feud with Asuka in 2020 when she was the Women’s Champion on RAW.

Lynch was forced to turn over the belt to The Empress of Tomorrow because she was pregnant at the time.
