Rhea Ripley Tops Pro Wrestling Illustrated Women’s 250; Top 10 Revealed

Rhea Ripley’s 2023 continues to get better and better.

It’s been announced that Rhea Ripley has secured the top spot in the Pro Wrestling Illustrated Women’s 250.

The evaluation period for the 2023 list runs from October 1, 2022 – September 15, 2023. The ranking is determined by a number of criteria including win-loss record, technical ability, influence on the sport, activity, quality of opposition, and diversity of opposition.

During this period, Ripley won the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble from the number one spot, before going on to defeat Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 39. The match has been hailed as one of the best women’s matches WWE has ever seen.

Giulia and Bianca Belair rounded out the top three.

Ripley was ranked 42nd in 2022, while Syuri topped the list 12 months ago.

Rhea Ripley Completes WWE Clean Sweep

Back in September, Seth Rollins took the top spot in the men’s Pro Wrestling Illustrated 500, ahead of Roman Reigns and Jon Moxley who rounded out the top three.

The top ten also featured Gunther, Cody Rhodes, El Hijo Del Vikingo, Kazuchika Okada, MJF, Orange Cassidy, and Josh Alexander.

During the men’s evaluation period from July 1st, 2022 to July 31, 2023, Rollins featured in a number of high-profile matches while winning the United States Title at Survivor Series. The star went on to become World Heavyweight Champion at Night of Champions by defeating AJ Styles.
