Rhea Ripley Returns To WWE NXT, Calls Out Talent For “Dumb Decision”
Several WWE stars have made their presence felt on NXT in recent weeks and now Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley has done the same as she sent a very strong message.
NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes has become embroiled in Judgment Day business in recent weeks after he helped Seth Rollins fend off an attack from Finn Balor after Rollins had successfully defended his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker.
On the 26th of June edition of Raw, Hayes got involved again, snatching a chair away from Balor before he could use it to destroy Rollins ahead of their title match at Money In The Bank. That led to a bout between Balor and Hayes on Raw which Judgment Day’s Prince won.

On the second week of NXT Gold Rush, Carmelo Hayes put his NXT Title on the line against Baron Corbin but before that match could take place Rhea Ripley appeared backstage to confront Hayes and issue him a stern warning for getting involved in Judgment Day business – something she called a “dumb decision.”

Rhea Ripley was also seen backstage with several of NXT’s female stars as Lyra Valkyria smacked Jacy Jayne in the mouth after she walked in on Jayne insulting her. Ripley was amused as she laughed at Jayne before telling her she deserved the smack.
