Rhea Ripley suffered a nasty injury during a recent WWE house show.
Ripley was a part of WWE’s recent Japan tour, which took place on October 17 and 18. At the event, she faced Stephanie Vaquer, Raquel Rodriguez, and Iyo Sky in a four-way match where she got busted open with a broken nose. The injury happened when Raquel Rodriguez threw IYO SKY into Ripley’s face, causing the brutal facial injury.
The scene was intense, with blood visibly pouring, and medical staff quickly attending to her before escorting her backstage for treatment. Despite the severe swelling and bruising around her nose and face, Ripley kept her positive attitude, even joking about it on social media. She also shared pictures of her bruised face on her Instagram account.
Ripley later appeared in the main event segment, supporting AJ Styles’ farewell in Japan.

AJ Styles had his emotional farewell on the WWE Japan tour. The legend chose this tour for his likely final matches in Japan as part of his retirement run.
