Rhea Ripley Says She Can Be Dominik’s Papi Or Mami

Rhea Ripley has discussed her growing relationship with Dominik Mysterio, and how she’s ready to be whatever he needs after his father held him back for so long.

It was following The Judgment Day’s loss to Rey Mysterio and Edge at Clash At The Castle where Dominik made his true intentions known. He took down both his own father and ‘The Rated R Superstar’ with a low blow, before leaving by himself whilst Finn Balor, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest laughed in the background.

Now residing alongside the stable, Dominik Mystery and Rhea Ripley seem to have an ever-growing relationship, whilst the details surrounding it remain unclear.

In a discussion on WWE’s The Bump, Ripley opened up on her feelings of how the son of the lucha libre legend has been treated in the past, and how she’s ready to fill one of two roles depending on what Dominik needs.

I mean, wouldn’t you like to know? Wouldn’t everyone like to know? But my relationship with Dominik is something that I keep with Dominik, okay, so I’m not going to go too in depth with it. But I see a lot on him, like we all do. I could see that Rey was taking advantage of him and not really giving him the spotlight that he really deserves, where he can blossom and just take charge of his own life.

Like he said, he was in his father’s shadow, and he couldn’t get out, so we gave him that opportunity. As for the Mami and Papi stuff, [laughs] I love every single aspect of that. I called myself Papi before just to sort of get under his skin and get through to bin and also just make fun of Rey. Dom Dom gets what he wants. If he wants Mami, it’s Mami. If he wants Papi, it’s Papi. Either or, as long as he knows that I’m one of them.

Rhea Ripley recently also gave her opinion on the comparisons she’s had made with a WWE Hall Of Famer.
