Rey Mysterio Unmasked In New Video
Rey Mysterio ditched his mask in a new video.
While he might be one of the most famous masked wrestlers on the planet, Rey Mysterio has removed his famous face covering in a new video with his daughter Aaliyah Gutiérrez.
In the clip posted on TikTok, Mysterio is having a whole load of fun lip-syncing dancing.

On the most recent episode of SmackDown, Mysterio took on Santos Escobar — only to be undone by an all too familiar rival. During the match, Dominik Mysterio appeared from nowhere to cost his father the win. The father and son famously did battle at WrestleMania 39 with the veteran coming out on top.
In a recent interview, Zelina Vega said she would love to team with Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania.
Has Rey Mysterio Ever Wrestled Without A Mask?
Although he’s known for his colourful masks in WWE, this hasn’t been the case everywhere he’s been. After breaking onto the scene in Mexico in 1989 when he was just 14, Mysterio made his way to AAA, before heading to the United States and ECW and WCW.
For his time in WCW, Mysterio has been credited with helping redefine cruiserweight wrestling in the United States and helping lay down a template wrestlers still follow today.
During his WCW run, Mysterio lost a Hair vs. Mask match against Konnan at SuperBrawl IX in 1999 and wrestled without a mask until the company closed in 2001. Mysterio has since hit out at the decision to have him unmask.
Despite this, by the time Mysterio debuted with WWE in 2002 he was back under a mask.
