The Reason Vince McMahon Thinks People Who Retire Should Die

Vince McMahon WWE

Vince McMahon claimed he would never retire and suggested that people who want to give up work should just go and die.

Vince McMahon was forced to retire as Executive Chairman of TKO after a shocking lawsuit filed against him accusing him of sexual assault and sex trafficking was made.

He originally walked away from WWE in the summer of 2022 but six months later he was back at the helm of the company he led for 40 years and showed no signs of slowing down – until he had to.

Vince McMahon Has No Respect For Retirement

Speaking on the Mr McMahon Netflix documentary, speaking in 2022 before his original retirement in July of that year and the Endeavor takeover of WWE, Vince McMahon claimed there were plans for succession in place but claimed he would never retire and didn’t understand those who did:

There are a lot of plans in terms of succession but it depends on where I am on the ability to contribute.

Taking a step back, do I ever see myself retiring? No I don’t see myself ever retiring. I never understood why people stopped growing. When you stop growing you die. Some people are like I wanna retire one day – what are you gonna do when you retire? I have no sympathy for people like that so go die.

Vince McMahon also dismissed some of the claims made around the murders carried out by Chris Benoit that rocked the entire wrestling world in 2007.
