Real Desire In WWE Remains For Rhea Ripley Dream Match

Intergender wrestling isn’t the norm in WWE but it seems there are still those who want to see Rhea Ripley get her ultimate revenge.

Dominik Mysterio showed his true colours at SummerSlam when he turned his back on Rhea Ripley and planted a kiss on Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan to cement their new relationship. That was followed by Finn Balor screwing Damian Priest out of the World Heavyweight Title as a new look Judgment Day took shape.

At Bash In Berlin, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley earned a measure of revenge as they defeated Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan in a mixed tag team match. But fans were clamouring for an unlikely one-on-one match between Mysterio and Ripley and it seems there are those in WWE who still want that bout to happen.

I know it’s been brought up. Unfortunately, I don’t know how high it’s made it but there is a real desire on some level of creative to do this match before the angle fizzles out, yes.

Rhea Ripley was screwed out of the Women’s World Title at Bad Blood when a returning Raquel Rodriguez caused a disqualification as she attacked Ripley. Rodriguez has since been by the side of Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio meaning Rhea Ripley has one more person to go through if she finally wants to get her hands on Mysterio in a match.
