Randy Orton’s Explicit Message To Ex-WWE Star After Launching Exclusive Content Site Revealed
Randy Orton did not hold back in a message he sent to a former WWE star after launching their exclusive content site.
Matt Riddle joined the Stamford-based company in 2018 and jumped to the main roster two years later. During his WWE run, The King of Bros formed a tag team with Randy Orton. Together, the two superstars held the RAW Tag Team Title twice.
However, Riddle was released from his contract in 2023, a few weeks after an incident at JFK airport. While he continues to wrestle on the independent circuit, the 39-year-old has also launched an exclusive content site.
In a recent interview with TMZ Sports’ Inside The Ring, Riddle disclosed that Randy Orton sent him an explicit text after launching his exclusive content site, disclosing that he and The Viper are still friends.
You know, Randy hit me up just the other day. I posted something pushing my OF account, you know, and I’ll say this, I make a lot of money with that. And he wrote to me, ‘You crazy son of a b*tch.’ You know, I was like, I go, ‘Randy, I’m not gonna lie, the money is real.’ And he goes, ‘It’s probably better on the body too.’ I go, ‘Sure is.’ But yeah, so me and Randy, we talk to each other. Randy Orton Initially Disliked Matt Riddle
During the same interview with TMZ Sports’ Inside The Ring, Matt Riddle opened up about Randy Orton’s initial feelings towards him. He disclosed that The Viper disliked him. However, he changed his opinion after working with him in the ring.
The former United States Champion revealed that Orton went to Vince McMahon and requested to work with Riddle as much as possible after that.
I’ll say this, me and Randy are tight, you know. I’ll say this before I actually wrestled Randy, uh, he was not a fan of me, you know, and then once we got in the ring and worked together, I mean, he came right to the back and told Vince, told everybody, I want to work with this kid as much as possible.
Matt Riddle recently claimed his friends in the WWE locker room have told him CM Punk is “still a b*tch to work with.” Check out the full story here.
