PCO Open To WWE Return Under Triple H
Former WWE and WCW star PCO, who’s now signed to IMPACT Wrestling, has admitted to being open to a potential WWE comeback under the regime of Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque.
Since taking over WWE creative, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque has brought back a number of former WWE and NXT Superstars, from Johnny Gargano and Karrion Kross, to Hit Row and Dakota Kai. However, PCO, of all people, has opened up on his possible comeback now that his former colleague is in charge.
Speaking to Wrestling Inc.’s Managing Editor Nick Hausman, ‘The French-Canadian Frankenstein’ described how, with ‘The Game’ in charge as Chief Content Officer, he’s optimistic about returning to the company:
“Yeah, I think so. I don’t think I had a bad relationship with Vince [McMahon], but I think new blood and guys like Paul ‘Triple H,’ I mean other than I had my altercation with his best buddies at the time, I remember when he came in the WWE from WCW, we rode together. We did a bunch of shows where we shared a car and we were on the road together for almost two, three weeks, almost a month.”
PCO, under the alias of Carl Ouellet, last wrestled for WWE in July 2008, being felled by Charlie Haas in a dark match prior to the 21 July Raw. His last full-time run, however, concluded in 1998, where he portrayed Quebecer Pierre alongside Jacques Rougeau; together, they were three-time WWE Tag Team Champions.
The former ROH World Champion is now signed to IMPACT Wrestling, joining the Anthem-helmed promotion earlier this year alongside the Honor No More faction.
