Pat McAfee’s WWE Return Confirmed
Pat McAfee was again absent from WWE Raw after a family tragedy but his return date was confirmed on the show.
Pat McAfee has been forced to miss two weeks from his duties as WWE Raw commentator after his father-in-law unexpectedly passed away. McAfee’s absence was not explained on the 24th of June edition of Raw where he was replaced by The Miz but the former NFL star announced the sad news on his own Pat McAfee Show later in the week.
On Raw in Boston, Pat McAfee was missing again and was this time replaced by SmackDown lead announcer Corey Graves who joined his former broadcast partner Michael Cole on the show. Cole confirmed that McAfee is set to be back in his role on the 8th of July edition of Raw but it is not known if he’ll be on the call for Money In The Bank which takes place on July 6th.
Pat McAfee Misses Wyatt Sicks Encounter
The terrifying Wyatt Sicks group seemingly targeted McAfee’s show recently after their debut on WWE Raw. During an interview with author Jack Carr, the cast of the show all looked off-camera as if something was happening the audience couldn’t see before the show was abruptly thrown into darkness.
On Raw in Indianapolis, the Wyatt Sicks had another message for Pat McAfee in the city where he made his name in the NFL. Nikki Cross delivered a VHS tape to Michael Cole, however, it was addressed to McAfee with the tape containing a disturbing interview where Bo Dallas referenced Bray Wyatt’s death for the first time on WWE TV.
