NXT Star Rules Out Full-Time Return After Halloween Havoc
NXT star Mr. Stone is not looking to become a full-time wrestler again despite his Halloween Havoc match with Bron Breakker.
Mr. Stone stepped up to the plate for his friend Von Wagner to challenge Breakker to a match after Breakker put Wagner on the shelf with a diabolical assault.
Speaking before his match with Breakker on the Masked Man Show, Stone confirmed that he’s not looking to return to full-time in-ring action:
“As far as wrestling again, I don’t know, I’ll have to see how beat up I am after, how I feel after. If, the next day, I barely walk and I can’t play with my kid, then maybe I’ll be happy with that one W and I’ll walk away as a winner.
“Maybe it’s once a year, once every three years, once every 20 years kind of thing where I feel when it has to be done, it’ll be done. Immediate plans of being an active wrestler again, no, it’s not on my plate. If I do win, I’ll tell you what the celebration is. Kids not going to school the next day, we’re going to Disney World.”
Mr. Stone Has To Wait For First NXT Win
Disney World will have to wait, unfortunately for the Stone family as Bron Breakker picked up a win at Halloween Havoc to ensure Mr. Stone remains winless in WWE.
Von Wagner made his heroic return to NXT after Breakker’s win to attack the former NXT Champion. Wagner later demanded a match against Breakker and that will take place on the 7th of November edition of NXT television.
