NXT Star Caught In Scary Moment During Match
One NXT star found themselves quite literally caught up in what could have been a disastrous moment.
Nathan Frazer has caught the eye of many during his WWE career with his fast-paced style winning many admirers. Frazer found in-ring success on the brand back in June when he captured the NXT Heritage Cup from Noam Dar by defeating Dar’s Meta-Four partner Oro Mensah for the trophy.
A grief-stricken Dar was able to find a way to win the cup back from Frazer at Heatwave on the 22nd of August but one week after that loss, the Channel Islander was back to winning ways. Frazer is one of eight men who are part of the Global Heritage Invitational and that tournament kicked off when Frazer met Joe Coffey in a Group B match on the 29th of August.
During that bout, Nathan Frazer threw himself toward the ropes but his head got caught under the top rope causing the star to suffer a nasty whiplash that drew groans from the crowd and the commentators at ringside. Thankfully, Frazer appeared okay and was able to continue the bout.
