New WWE Merchandise Has Been Released For The Rock Leading To Return Speculation
The Rock hasn’t been officially confirmed to be returning but WWE are making some subtle suggestions that he is.
With WWE tethered by disclosure requirements to its shareholders, it’s very difficult for the company to keep any major plans secret for long.
And in order to maintain some degree of ambiguity regarding a potential return of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, the company has gone in a different direction.
Although there hasn’t been any press release, statement, or on-screen promo relating to The Rock, WWE has released new Rock merchandise items. A photo of the new Brahma Bull sweaters can be found here and can be purchased at wweshop.com as well.

With this new item being released, speculation continues to swirl surrounding potential Rock return rumors. There is a possibility he could return on the next episode of RAW, which will be the RAW XXX commemorative episode and will include a Bloodline ‘acknowledgement ceremony.’
At the same time, The Royal Rumble PLE takes place soon afterwards on January 28th and some fans are already theorizing that WWE could be saving his appearance for that event to kick off a potential WrestleMania storyline.
And if one of those appearances does come true, then the expected big match to take place at WrestleMania would be The Rock vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE and Universal Titles.
