Natalya Knows What WWE Titles She Wants To Win
Natalya has her eyes on two newer WWE titles.
During her incredible WWE career, which has seen her hold countless Guinness World Records, an example of her longevity, Natalya has also won her fair share of championships.
Natalya first signed a developmental deal with WWE in 2007 and was on the main roster in 2008. As a current member of the Raw roster, Natalya isn’t featured in singles matches that often, but she is in a mentorship role and occasionally teams up with Maxxine Dupri.
As a two-time Women’s Champion and Women’s Tag Team Champion, Natalya is looking to win some newer titles that she has yet to challenge, such as the women’s versions of the Intercontinental and United States Titles.
Natalya Is Hungry For Titles In WWE
While speaking to Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, the third-generation wrestler made it clear that she wants to win titles she has never won before.
“Why I’m so hungry is because I’m not resting on a title. The last time I won a title in WWE was in 2017, so it’s been eight years since I’ve won a title. So when Triple H introduced the new Women’s US Championship and the IC Title, I was just like those are two championships that I want to have.
I’ve never had a singles match against Lyra [Valkyria] or worked against Chelsea [Green] in a championship match. So to me, I don’t feel like my career will be complete unless I win that Women’s IC Title.”
The first-ever champion, Lyra Valkyria, holds the Women’s Intercontinental Title. Chelsea Green was the first woman to hold the Women’s US Title but recently lost it to Zelina Vega.
Natalya recently stepped out of the WWE ring to win a Bloodsport match as Nattie Neidhart during WrestleMania weekend. She will also challenge Kenzie Paige for the NWA Women’s World Championship at the NWA’s Crockett Cup event on May 17th.
