MJF’s Opponent For AEW Revolution Confirmed
Despite his best efforts MJF is going to have to become a sixty-minute man as he gets set to face the toughest test of his career at AEW Revolution.
MJF has made a name for himself as one of the top young stars in the entire wrestling business while also earning a reputation as someone who will do his best to avoid getting in the ring with his rivals at all costs.
Whether it was belt whippings and cage matches that were dished out to Cody Rhodes and Wardlow, The Labours of Jericho that Chris Jericho was put through or CM Punk having to get through The Pinnacle, MJF is not afraid to put his opponents through hell to get to him.
Bryan Danielson was the latest victim of the AEW World Champion’s schemes as Danielson has had to keep winning week after week to become the number one contender for the title at Revolution in March.
The American Dragon’s last challenge came in El Paso, Texas on Dynamite when he had to face Rush. MJF tried to have Danielson counted out when he was trapped in his locker room but Konosuke Takeshita came to his aid and he made it to the ring to compete.
Bryan Danielson was battered and bloodied but nailed Rush with two Busaiku Knees to capture the win and ensure he gets MJF at Revolution in a one-hour Iron Man Match for the AEW World Championship.
