MJF Comments On Both WWE & AEW Breaking Ticket Sale Records
WWE and AEW have both smashed records in recent days, and MJF gave his thoughts on the matter as he looks ahead to All In.
Business is booming across the world of sports entertainment. When tickets for WrestleMania 40 went on sale last week, the WWE managed to break its all-time gate record in just one say, selling over 90,000 tickets across the two nights of the event.
Not only that, AEW is breaking records of its own when the company makes its UK debut at All In inside Wembley Stadium on August 27th. As of August 18th, the upcoming spectacle had sold 80,846 tickets, breaking WWE’s all-time attendance record of 80,709 at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas.
Current AEW World Champion MJF took to social media to comment on the success of both companies, saying that wrestling and its fans are the real winners in this situation. He also declared that he was winning, alluding to his upcoming bouts inside Wembley Stadium at All In.
“Both companies setting attendance/gates records left and right. Pro wrestling is winning. The fans are winning. But most importantly and I think we can all agree on this, I’m winning. #Betterthanyou”
Who Will MJF Wrestle At AEW All In?
MJF is set for not just one but two matches at AEW’s historic event on August 27th. Not only will he team with Adam Cole to challenge Aussie Open for the ROH Tag Team Championship during the pre-show, he and Cole are also set to face off against one another for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship.
In media tours to promote All In, MJF wants to see an end to tribalism in wrestling.
