MJF Celebrates England’s Euro 2024 Failure

MJF AEW

There are many things that MJF professes to be better than and one of them might just be the English football team who missed out on a big win at Euro 2024.

On the 10th of July edition of Dynamite, the show began with Will Ospreay addressing MJF after the former AEW World Champion showed his true colours, attacking Daniel Garcia and verbally dissecting Ospreay.

Ospreay answered many of MJF’s remarks before The Salt of the Earth appeared via video and challenged the English star for his International Title on the 250th edition of Dynamite and that match – that many expected to see in Wembley Stadium at All In – will open the show.

It’s Not Coming Home & MJF Knows It

To try and get under the skin of Will Ospreay before then, MJF took to social media to mock England’s failure in the final of Euro 2024 where they lost 2-1 to Spain. MJF mixed up his England and Britain in his first post which read:

Time and time again, the British prove they can’t win when put under pressure. Whether it’s the Euro Cup. Or this Wednesday. Englishmen just aren’t equipped to be athletes.

Responding to England’s equaliser in the match to make it 1-1, MJF noted:

Lucky shot. They won’t do it again.

And that turned out to be correct as Spain scored in the dying minutes of the match to make it 2-1 to win the Euros with MJF simply laughing – a lot – in response to that.

The special Dynamite will also see AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland face Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada one week before those two men lead their respective sides into the brutal Blood & Guts match.

TBS Champion Mercedes Mone will also be in action on the 250th edition of Dynamite as she issued an open challenge for her AEW title. That challenge is open to anyone on the AEW roster except Britt Baker.
