Missing AEW Star’s In-Ring Return Confirmed
Thunder Rosa caused a splash when she returned to AEW television and now she is set for her first match in sixteen months.
Thunder Rosa surprised many when she returned to AEW TV on Collision to save Abadon from an attack at the hands of Skye Blue and Julia Hart. Although La Mera Mera had returned to the company to serve as a Spanish language announcer, it was the first time most fans saw her since Thunder Rosa was forced to relinquish the AEW Women’s Title due to injury in September 2022.
At the time a cloud was cast over Thunder Rosa with the likes of Toni Storm casting doubt on the validity of Thunder Rosa’s injury.

AEW has now confirmed on social media that Thunder Rosa will be back in action when she teams with Abadon to take on TBS Champion Julia Hart and Skye Blue in a tag team match on the 23rd of December edition of Collision in San Antonio, Texas.
