AEW star Jack Perry has filed for two new trademarks relating to his career despite his continued absence from the company.

Jack Perry was suspended by AEW following his backstage altercation with CM Punk at All In back in August 2023. While CM Punk has stunned the world by returning to WWE after he was fired for his part in the incident, Perry remains missing from All Elite Wrestling.

There is a belief that Jack Perry’s suspension is over in AEW and now it remains to be seen how the company will bring him back to TV.

Jack Perry Files Trademarks Related To Former AEW Team

Jack Perry recently filed trademarks with the USPTO for ‘Jack Perry’ and ‘Jungle Boy’ but he has now added to those by also filing phrases related to his team with Luchasaurus. Both ‘Jurassic Express’ and ‘A Boy And His Dinosaur’ have been filed for with the registration of both said to be for “the categories of hats; Shirts; Bandanas; Shirts and short-sleeved shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.”

Whether these trademarks give a hint to what his future in AEW might hold as Luchasaurus’ partnership with Christian Cage looks doomed to fail remains to be seen. Perry could answer a lot of questions if he trademarks ‘The Devil’ in the coming weeks.
