Mickie James Loses Step-Brother In Tragic Accident
Mickie James has announced the passing of her step-brother in an appalling car accident that also cost the lives of two teenage girls.
SNBC13 of Virginia reported that Wayne Knuckles Jr. as well as fifteen and sixteen-year-old girls were killed in the collision in the small hours of the 22nd of November.
Wayne Knuckles Jr. was the step-brother of former WWE and current IMPACT Wrestling star Mickie James and she took to social media to pay tribute to him:
“I still haven’t found the right words. Home to see my family on Monday. Lost my oldest brother on Tuesday. It’s been a week. I’ve cried everyday since. If you pray, please save one for his 3 beautiful daughters. They need it the most. I love you Wayne.”
Mickie James followed up to give an update on Knuckles Jr.’s wife who was driving the car at the time of the collision, she remains in hospital:
“Thank you everyone for the love & the messages. It’s warmed my heart. Please continue to pray Wayne’s wife Christy Knuckles. She is still in serious condition in the hospital. She lost both her husband (My brother) and her 16yr old daughter in the accident. I can’t imagine.”“Also for the parents of her daughters best friend who was only 15. They had just picked her up and we’re taking the girls to school. My heart is broken for them as I don’t know what I would do. Think. Or even feel. I am sending so much strength, healing, and love.”“Lastly, please lift up the driver of the other vehicle who hit them. Thankfully he is ok. But mentally & emotionally I’m sure is devastated. I hope he knows and forgives himself. It wasn’t your fault. There was nothing you could do. It was an accident. A tragic accident.”
