Mercedes Mone Sends Threat After AEW Humiliation

Mercedes Mone has broken her silence after being humiliated as she tried to celebrate her success on AEW Dynamite.

Mercedes Mone captured the eleventh title of her current belt-collecting run at WrestleDream when she defeated Mina Shirakawa to become the Interim ROH Women’s Television Champion. Mone continued her run the following day when she picked up a 12th title as well.

The CEO drew the ire of AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander after a confrontation between the pair at WrestleDream, and the two are on a collision course for the biggest prize of all.

On the October 22nd edition of Dynamite, Mercedes Mone tried to celebrate her success, but her party was crashed by Harley Cameron and her Mine Mone puppet. Mone was not impressed and ended up shoving the puppet into her cake. Statlander immediately appeared and hoisted Mone on her shoulders before launching her face-first into the cake. Statlander then drove Mone through a table.

Mercedes Mone Angry After Dynamite Cake Fiasco

Taking to social media, Mone expressed just how unhappy she was with Statlander’s actions, sending a threat to the AEW Women’s World Champion:

It has been confirmed that Mercedes Mone will challenge Kris Statlander for the AEW Women’s World Championship at Full Gear on November 22nd.
