Mark Briscoe made his AEW Collision debut where he revealed new tributes to his later brother Jay Briscoe.

Jay Briscoe was tragically killed in a car accident in January 2023 leaving his younger brother Mark to carry on their legacy in both AEW and Ring of Honor.

Mark Briscoe had been set to challenge Claudio Castagnoli for the ROH World Championship at July’s Death Before Dishonor but he was forced out of that match due to a knee injury that kept him out of the ring for five months.

Mark Briscoe made his return to AEW television on Rampage before he competed in his first match back which was his debut bout on Collision on November 4th.

Mark Briscoe Picks Up A Big Win On Collision

Briscoe teamed up with Naturally Limitless – Dustin Rhodes and Keith Lee – as they picked up a win in a trios match against Kip Sabian and The WorkHorsemen.

Eagle-eyed fans, however, spotted that Mark Briscoe was sporting two new tattoos in tribute to his late brother. Briscoe has a portrait of Jay on his forearm with the caption “’84 – ’23” marking the years of Jay’s birth and death. On Mark Briscoe’s neck is the number 13 which commemorates how many times The Briscoes held the ROH Tag Team Championship. The Briscoes held that championship at the time of Jay’s death after they defeated FTR in a critically acclaimed Double Dog Collar match at ROH Final Battle in December 2022.
