Mariah May Shares Kiss With Debuting Star On AEW Dynamite
Mariah May has been making a name for herself in AEW by the side of the timeless AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm but now a blast from the past has greeted her in unique style on Dynamite.
Dynamite in Charleston, West Virginia was one of the most talked about shows in AEW history mainly because of one star who hasn’t been in the company for several months.
Tony Khan took the decision to have The Young Bucks present the footage of CM Punk’s backstage fight with Jack Perry at All In. That decision is believed to have led to some frustration in the company but came about after Punk reopened old wounds by telling his side of the story at the beginning of WrestleMania week.
Stardom Partner Saves Mariah May
Also on Dynamite, Mariah May was back in action against Anna Jay. May picked up the win but after the bout, Jay locked her in the Queen Slayer leaving her helpless. Rather than Toni Storm making the save for her protégé, it was left to May’s Club Venus teammate in Stardom Mina Shirakawa to come to her rescue.
After seeing off Anna Jay, Shirakawa revived Mariah May with some champagne that had been at ringside before planting a kiss on May’s lips.

AEW and Stardom are now working together following the exit of Rossy Ogawa from the Japanese promotion. Tony Khan did not hide his delight at Ogawa’s departure when it was announced. Ogawa was recently in the US with the newest WWE signing and former Stardom standout Giulia which may give an indication as to why Khan felt so strongly about him.
