Major WWE Champion Shockingly Turns Heel

One WWE champion has had enough and broke bad to ensure they hold on to their title.

NXT and TNA recently went to war at Showdown, pitting the two brands against one another. This put NXT star Kelani Jordan in an awkward position as she is the current TNA Knockouts Champion. While then-TNA World Champion Trick Williams stayed true to his WWE roots and represented Team NXT, Jordan decided to captain the TNA women’s team for their bout.

As a result, Kelani Jordan was told she was no longer welcome in the WWE locker room. Jordynne Grace – a former TNA star – tried to come to her defence, but an angry Jordan accused The Juggernaut of jealousy and stormed off.

Kelani Jordan Does Whatever It Takes In WWE

Jordan and Grace clashed for the TNA Knockouts Title in the main event of the October 28th edition of NXT. During that bout, Ricky Saints and Trick Williams interrupted with their show-long brawl. With all hell breaking loose, Kelani Jordan grabbed her title belt and clocked Jordynne Grace with it to pick up the win and apparently turn heel at the same time.

Kelani Jordan won the vacant TNA Knockouts Championship at Victory Road in September when she defeated Lei Ying Lee. The former champion Ash By Elegance was forced to give up the championship, and it seems her career in the ring might well be over.
