Is John Cena going to be present for WrestleMania 42? Let’s find out!
It so happens that The Champ’s last match is on December 13th, 2025, at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
However, will that be his last match?
John Cena’s WrestleMania 42 status
Well, rumors had it that Never Seen 17 was advertised for the RAW after WrestleMania 42 in 2026. However, that doesn’t seem to be true.
The poster being used is of the RAW advertisement for April 21st, 2025. This was the RAW after WrestleMania 41. So far, WWE has not made any official advertisement regarding John Cena for any premium live event or show after Saturday Night’s Main Event.
The Champ’s final days in WWE have been quite interesting. He won the Intercontinental Championship in his third-last match and dethroned Dominik Mysterio. He lost the title to Dirty Dom at Survivor Series after the entire Judgment Day interfered in the match.

His final match will be either against LA Knight or Gunther. They are the two superstars who defied all odds and managed to enter the final round of the ‘Last Time Is Now’ tournament.
