Long-Time Absent AEW Star Backstage At Dynamite As Return Nears

AEW is set to be handed another injury boost.

Bandido hasn’t wrestled since losing out to Konosuke Takeshita on the June 16th, 2023 episode of Rampage.

In the weeks after the taping, it was revealed the star had suffered a wrist injury, but this was just the start of his nightmare. Bandido was eventually forced to undergo a second surgery in December when the issue failed to heal.

It had originally been hoped the star would be back in the ring by May, but his progress was slowed yet again. But thankfully, there now seems to be some good news on the horizon.

As reported by Ibou, of Wrestle Purists, Bandido was backstage at the October 23rd Dynamite taping and made no secret of the fact he’s ready to return.

Bandido was backstage at AEW Dynamite this week. He was also telling people that he is ready to go.

Julia Hart Ready For AEW Comeback

In more good news for the promotion, Julia Hart has revealed she’s also ready to get back in the ring and is just waiting for the call from Tony Khan. Hart hasn’t wrestled since losing the TBS Title to Willow Nightingale at Dynasty back in April.

Meanwhile, it’s been announced that Adam Cole will be back in action on the October 30th edition of Dynamite.

Cole hasn’t wrestled for over a year, last lacing up his boots at All Out 2023 where he teamed with MJF. Just a few short weeks later the star badly broke his ankle while trying to help his partner keep hold of the AEW World Title.
