Logan Paul Can’t Have An Actual Banger Says Major AEW Star

Logan Paul

Logan Paul has gained great acclaim for his success in WWE in a short space of time but AEW’s Kenny Omega has doubts Paul could succeed where he has.

Logan Paul has only been wrestling for a few short years and despite only having 12 matches to his name he is one of WWE’s marquee names and is the reigning US Champion.

Paul’s reign continued at WrestleMania 40 as he managed to survive the challenge of both Kevin Owens and Randy Orton in a big triple threat match.

But could Logan Paul cut it in a ring outside WWE and does it really matter? Kenny Omega doesn’t seem to think so.

WWE Willing To Give Logan Paul Plenty Of Rehearsal Time

Speaking on a Twitch stream, Kenny Omega gave his honest assessment of Logan Paul’s ability and thinks WWE has built the perfect environment for him to succeed:

‘Logan Paul’s a fantastic wrestler’. Great. I’m glad you think so and I’m glad he’s able to convince you such a thing. However, could Logan Paul walk into New Japan and do a G1 where he’d have to walk in every night and have an actual banger? No. He absolutely could not. Is he gonna get there between now and — I mean, it depends on his commitment level and not only that, does it matter? No.

He’s clearly setting his roots down in WWE and that’s where he wants to succeed and that’s where he wants to be a star and that totally makes sense.

So for the WWE style and what they’re willing to do for him, give him time, allow him to grow, develop… get more familiar with his surroundings, take the time to have him have everything up in here (his head) to make sure that when it comes time to perform what it is that they’ve rehearsed, what they’ve scripted, that he’ll be able to pull it off as though he just showed up to the arena, you know, how the old timers did back in the day. The Terry Taylors and the Terry Funks.

Ronda Rousey has recently expressed unhappiness at not being given the time to rehearse her matches that WWE gives to Logan Paul.

Logan Paul has plenty of reason to celebrate outside of the ring as well as in it as he has announced some huge personal news.
