Liv Morgan Breaks Silence On WWE Return

After an injury-hit 2023, Liv Morgan is back in action and looking to the future.

The star had kicked off the year in style lasting over an hour in the women’s Royal Rumble match only to have two Women’s Tag Team Title reigns end through injury. Morgan first missed time in May due to a shoulder injury, before stepping away from the ring for a second time in July.

However, Liv Morgan finally returned to the ring at the 2024 Royal Rumble, entering the match at number 30, before being eliminated by Bayley.

Following her comeback, Morgan spoke to Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture, admitting that the last six months have been a struggle.

“It’s been a journey, the last six months. It’s been a fight, it’s been a struggle. To come back at the Royal Rumble, in the coveted 30 spot, I was very happy and I felt honored. Just happy to be back, happy to be back doing what I love, doing my thing. Came really really close, but I am happy for Bayley nonetheless,”

Liv Morgan Drug Charge Dropped

On December 15th, Liv Morgan was arrested for possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams), possession of drug equipment, and possession of drugs, possibly synthetic cannabinoids. However, the synthetic marijuana charge has since been dropped.
