Lex Luger Teases AEW Revolution Appearance

Sting Konnan Lex Luger Kevin Nash

Lex Luger could be in attendance for Sting’s last match.

On March 3rd, AEW will hold its first pay-per-view of 2024 and it’s set to be one of its biggest ever events. While all of the company’s major titles will be on the line, it will also play host to Sting’s retirement as he steps into the ring for the final time.

On the show, Sting will team with Darby Allin to defend the AEW World Tag Team Titles against The Young Bucks.

While Kevin Nash has admitted he won’t be at Revolution, a different former WCW star and long-time friend of The Icon might be.

Speaking on Lex Expressed via AdFreeShows, the WCW legend was asked whether he’d be making the trip to Greensboro, North Carolina.

“You want me to answer that? Let me put it this way. I will go back to 35 years of friendship. Friendship sometimes transcends the kayfabe or workup the other and there may be ramifications or there may not. Sting was there for me at three in the morning when I had my motorcycle wreck and they wanted to cut my arm off and kind of stopped the doctors from cutting my arm off.

So people could read into that what they want, on whether I might be at the building or not. I won’t confirm anything, but I’m just saying. I’ll leave it in that context. How’s that?”

Eric Bischoff Wants To See Lex Luger In The WWE Hall Of Fame

Despite his impressive list of achievements in the ring, Lex Luger has never been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, however, Eric Bischoff thinks it’s time for that to change.

On a recent episode of his own podcast, Bischoff said Luger would be “number one on his list,” adding he’s “an amazing guy who has overcome so much.”

Bischoff also called for Bray Wyatt and Demolition to be inducted.
