Last Man Standing Match Announced For WWE Fastlane
Shinsuke Nakamura has accepted Seth Rollins’ challenge for a rematch at WWE Fastlane.
The Visionary will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Nakamura for a second time after a successful defence at the Payback Premium Live Event. The rematch has been requested by Rollins was attacked by Nakamura after Payback went off of the air. Rollins has demanded for multiple weeks that Nakamura face him once again for the title to end the rivalry, but Nakamura has instead chosen to duck the challenge and continue the surprise attacks.
On the September 25th episode of Raw, Rollins gave Nakamura an ultimatum, either accept the rematch or the title match would be cancelled and Rollins would find a new opponent for Fastlane. A video then played on the big screen that showed The King of Strong Style’s response.
Nakamura stated that Rollins’ repeated demands are the reason behind his back injuries. Nakamura admired Rollins’ stamina but criticised his lack of patience. The former Intercontinental Champion then made his intentions clear, he wanted to face Rollins in a Last Man Standing match with the goal in mind of making Rollins never able to walk again. The World Heavyweight Champion seemed concerned by the challenge but accepted the conditions.
When Is WWE Fastlane?
The next WWE PLE will take place on Saturday, October 7th In Indianapolis, Indiana. Currently, only 2 matches have been announced for the event. Along with the Last Man Standing match, John Cena will be competing at the event in a 2 on 1 handicap match against Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa.
