It sounds like Kevin Owens is very happy to be a part of WWE and when his next contract comes up, he intends to sign another one.

Kevin Owens is in a great spot in WWE these days as one of the top babyface wrestlers in the entire company. Even though Owens is known more for being a heel (the bad guy) in WWE, he is thriving as a guy that is doing his best to take down The Bloodline group led by the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

During the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series, Kevin Owens hit Roman Reigns with a Stunner and had Reigns pinned, but KO’s (former) best friend Sami Zayn proved his loyalty to The Bloodline by stopping the referee’s count. Zayn also hit Owens with a low blow and a Helluva Kick. After Jey Uso won the match with an Uso Splash, Zayn was hugged by the group. Owens, meanwhile, remains motivated to try to put an end to The Bloodline.

It has also been rumored that Owens is going to challenge Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Royal Rumble 2023, although that has not been confirmed yet.

At 38 years old, Kevin Owens revealed that he has two years left on his current WWE contract and he intends to sign another contract when the current one is about to expire. Owens revealed this to Peter Rosenberg on Cheap Heat this week.

“So now, I have two years left on my current contract, and I don’t see another reason why I wouldn’t sign another one when it’s done because I don’t feel like I’m anywhere near done, but who knows what can happen, right? But at this stage in my career, I just really want to have fun and make sure I’m still putting out memorable stuff for people that are watching, but man, I look back at the career I had and if it all ended tomorrow, it would be hard to have any kind of regrets because I’ve really done some incredible stuff.”

“I’ve been very lucky to do what I’ve done and like I said, every other show, every other thing I get to experience is a bonus because I’m not really sure how I can have a better career than I’ve had already. That’s not me tapping myself on the back. I’m just saying I’ve been very fortunate.”

Kevin Owens will be part of a huge match on the December 30th edition of Smackdown when he teams up with John Cena against Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn.
