John Cena Breaks Silence On Shock WrestleMania Appearance

John Cena and The Rock at WrestleMania 40

John Cena was happy to be back at WrestleMania.

At WrestleMania 40, Cody Rhodes finally finished the story in one of the wildest main events the spectacular has ever seen. In the midst of the chaos, Jimmy and Jey Uso got involved in the action before launching themselves off the stage, and Solo Sikoa did his best to help Roman Reigns, before being thwarted by none of than John Cena.

The veteran attacked Sikoa and Reigns before being hit with a Rock Bottom from The Rock.

In a post on social media, Cena said he was grateful to be part of WrestleMania and Cody Rhodes’ special night.

Grateful to spend time with the #WWE Universe & be a part of #WrestleMania! Congratulations to @CodyRhodes on a history making achievement!

And the best part of it all… the @WWE story NEVER ENDS!!!!

John Cena Returning To Hollywood

Ahead of WrestleMania, it had been announced that John Cena will be shooting the second season of Peacemaker in June.

The 16-time World Champion hasn’t wrestled since being defeated by Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel back in November. At the time it was hinted on commentary that Cena might never wrestle again, and the man himself has been open about his in-ring limitations.

However, it’s widely believed that Cena will be back in the ring before he finally retires.

John Cena will appear on the Pat McAfee Show prior to the April 8th episode of Raw.
