Jimmy Uso Says “I Am The Tribal Chief”

At Night of Champions, Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will challenge for the WWE Tag Team Championship, but on SmackDown, it was Jimmy Uso causing a headache for The Tribal Chief.

Roman Reigns simply put is not happy with The Usos for losing the WWE Tag Team Championship to Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 39 while he confounded expectations by defeating Cody Rhodes to remain Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

The cracks in The Bloodline have only got deeper as the weeks have wore on and Reigns sought to take matters into his own hands when he announced that at Night of Champions, it would be himself and Solo Sikoa challenging Owens and Zayn for their gold.

On SmackDown in Columbia, South Carolina, Reigns and Sikoa were set to be guests on The KO Show but The Usos jumped the gun and went to the ring instead. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens continued to provoke Jey and Jimmy Uso about the problems in their group which eventually prompted Jimmy to say:

“Standing right in front of you is the best damn tag team in the world. So when it comes to Jimmy and Jey, The Usos, when it comes to the day ones, hey uce, I am The Tribal Chief.”

Paul Heyman looked stunned and as if he knew what was about to happen when Roman Reigns’ music hit and he made his way to the ring and not in the best of moods.

Reigns got in both Jimmy and Jey’s faces before Sami Zayn told the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion that The Bloodline was collapsing and it was all Reigns’ fault. Owens then dropped Reigns with a Stunner before a melee broke out which included Solo Sikoa.

The Bloodline stood tall to end the show and while Jey Uso handed over one set of the WWE Tag Team Title belts to Sikoa, Jimmy Uso couldn’t bring himself to hand the others over to Roman Reigns. In the end, Jey took them from his twin brother and handed them to Reigns. Whether or not Reigns and Sikoa will leave Saudi Arabia with the championship remains to be seen.
