Jim Ross Taken To ER After Health Concern
AEW announcer Jim Ross has confirmed he’s been taken to the emergency room as his health battles continue.
After taking a break from the commentary desk, Jim Ross returned to the booth at AEW Revolution to call Sting’s final match. Shortly after the event, Ross revealed he’d also signed a new contract to remain All Elite. The WWE Hall of Famer has since detailed what his duties will be as part of that deal.
Over the last year, the commentary legend has been forced to deal with numerous health issues, including multiple surgeries and cancer. Most recently, Ross underwent surgery on his hip, but he was determined to make it to the Greensboro Coliseum for Sting’s last outing.

Jim Ross recently admitted he’s closing in on retirement. The veteran broadcaster’s new AEW contract is a one-year deal but he revealed it could be his last in the business. Ross previously said it’s “realistic” to believe he will retire from the commentary desk when his contract expires due to his ongoing health issues.
Everyone at TJR Wrestling sends their best wishes to Jim Ross for a full and speedy recovery.
