Jim Cornette Blasts Top AEW Star – “F***ing Clown”

Jim Cornette has not held back with his thoughts on AEW star Jungle Boy Jack Perry’s recent comments about who he takes advice from in the company.

Jungle Boy recently set the cat amongst the pigeons with his comments about who he takes advice from in AEW. The former AEW Tag Team Champion noted that his former tag team partner Luchasaurus was someone who had helped him a lot, while he noted that he might not ask Billy Gunn for advice given their very differing styles.

Speaking on his Jim Cornette Experience podcast, the legendary wrestling manager gave his forthright take on Perry’s comments:

“It says a lot that he thinks that dino douche ought to be piecing anything together except a f***ing roadmap to a goddamn wrestling school. And Billy Gunn has absolutely nothing to offer because he thinks it’s ridiculous that you should do your own backflip and land on your own head multiple times in a match, especially if it’s not the finish. This is where this f***ing clown’s head’s at.

“You hear constantly about this guy’s attitude, and it shows in his performance. He does the cool little combative, Cirque du Soleil, aggressive, parkour, roughneck cheerleading, whatever we’re calling it this week, and that’s what he likes to do, and when he needs to do anything else, he can’t and he doesn’t want to.”

Jungle Boy Jack Perry is considered one of the four male Pillars of AEW and will compete in a four-way match at Double Or Nothing with fellow Pillars MJF, Sammy Guevara, and Darby Allin for the AEW World Championship.
