Jey Uso Says “I’m Out Of WWE” On SmackDown

The twists and turns involving The Bloodline continued on WWE SmackDown as Jey Uso looked into the camera to say he was leaving WWE.

In the main event segment on WWE Friday Night Smackdown from Calgary, The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, wanted to hear from Jimmy Uso. After all, it was Jimmy Uso, who helped Reigns retain the WWE Title against Jey Uso at SummerSlam when Jimmy turned on his twin brother.

Jimmy Uso informed Roman Reigns that he didn’t do what he did at SummerSlam for Roman, who was grateful for what Jimmy did.

When Jey Uso joined the fragmented Bloodline group in the ring, Jimmy finally explained himself. Jimmy said that if Jey beat Reigns at SummerSlam then Jey would inherit some kind of power that makes you like him (Reigns). Jimmy said that makes you corrupted. Jimmy said he would never be able to live if he let Jey become an evil, manipulative a**hole (it wasn’t beeped here) like Roman Reigns. Jimmy said he’s fine if Jey hates him, but Jimmy said he did it because he loves him.

Reigns would go on to say “I told you so” to Jey, which set Jey off. That led to Jey dominating against his brother Solo Sikoa with a superkick and delivering a huge Spear to Roman Reigns as well. When Jimmy approached Jey outside the ring, Jimmy was expecting a hug, but instead, Jey decked him with a superkick.

During the final minute of Smackdown this week, Jey Uso looked into the camera to say: “I’m out. I’m out The Bloodline. I’m out of SmackDown. I’m out of WWE!”

Did Jey Uso Really Quit WWE?

No. Jey Uso did not quit WWE. However, he did stare into the camera and say he quit the company in terms of the main storyline of the show, so it’s unknown when Jey Uso will be back on television.

Earlier on Friday, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi accidentally shared a graphic about an upcoming appearance, and in doing so, Rikishi revealed that WWE might be using him as a referee for a match Payback.

As of this writing, nothing is official for Payback yet.
