Jade Cargill Picks Up Career First Win At WrestleMania 40

A storm was coming to Philadelphia for WrestleMania 40 and it was brought by WWE’s latest sensation, Jade Cargill alongside Bianca Belair and Naomi.

Jade Cargill made her surprise in-ring debut for WWE at the Royal Rumble. Cargill made it to the final three in the women’s Rumble match before she was eliminated by runner-up Liv Morgan. Since then fans wondered what is next for the star and they soon got their answer.

On the 29th of March edition of SmackDown, Bianca Belair took on Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai with The EST of WWE picking up the win. However, after the bout, The Kabuki Warriors attacked Belair. That led to Naomi rushing the ring to help Bianca Belair before Jade Cargill evened up the sides. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis confirmed after the show went off the air that the six women will compete in a huge tag team match at WrestleMania 40.

At WrestleMania 40, Damage CTRL did everything they could to keep Jade Cargill from getting in the ring but when she did, things changed drastically.

Cargill nailed some big moves before Asuka accidentally sprayed the poison mist in Kairi Sane’s face. Cargill was able to put Dakota Kai down with Jaded to pick up the first WrestleMania win of her career.
