An injured WWE star has given an update about their recovery process.

Zoey Stark last competed on RAW in a triple threat match on May 19 against Kairi Sane and Rhea Ripley for a spot in the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

During the bout, she attempted a springboard dropkick on Kairi Sane. However, due to a miscommunication between the two wrestlers, Stark landed awkwardly on her right knee and seemed distressed.

The 31-year-old was immediately removed from the match, and it was subsequently reported that she would be away from action for an extended duration.

WWE Hall of Famer Road Dogg expressed his desire to see Asuka fight a fully-fit Zoey Stark. Responding to his post on X, Stark said that she was aiming to return to wrestling in eight months.

Stark has ensured to keep her followers updated about her progress. In an earlier update, she revealed experiencing complications with getting a full range of motion in her injured leg.

According to the latest news, she seems to have overcome that obstacle.

But now we’re back on track. That did not have to happen. Thank God. Now I’m running, I’m jumping, I have full range of motions. Things are going great. Honestly, I’m happy. I’m blessed. I really, really can’t wait to get back into the ring and get back to you guys. So that’s all, Stark out.
