Hulk Hogan Appears In Video Of Nick Hogan’s DUI Arrest
Hulk Hogan can be seen in the video involving the DUI arrest of his son Nick Hogan.
It was first reported by TMZ that Nick Hogan was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) on November 18th at 4 AM in Clearwater, Florida. Nick was partying at his father Hulk Hogan’s bar called Hogan’s Hangout. They were judging a bikini contest that night.
The initial story noted that Nick was arrested by police officers who booked him due to a suspected DUI. Nick allegedly refused sobriety testing.
There were more details released by RadarOnline.com about how Hogan “zoomed past three stationary patrol cars working on a separate traffic incident” before the arrest. Nick was handcuffed after an officer smelled alcohol on his breath. Further reports stated that Hogan was at his father’s restaurant and judging a bikini contest before driving home and was subsequently arrested.
In addition to smelling like alcohol, Nick Hogan’s eyes were “bloodshot” and “glassy” and he allegedly showed signs of “impairment.”
During an arraignment on December 18th, Nick Hogan pleaded not guilty. A pre-trial hearing is set for January 17th, 2024.
Nick Hogan getting arrested for a DUI brought back bad memories for many people. In 2007, Nick Hogan was driving when he was 17 years old and had a terrible car accident also in Clearwater, Florida. While Nick escaped the accident unscathed, his friend and passenger in the car John Graziano suffered a serious brain injury.
Due to that accident, Nick Hogan went to jail for eight months while the Graziano family sued the Hogans for the accident. There was a settlement reached out of court.

Hulk Hogan’s former friend Bubba the Love Sponge released the body cam footage of the arrest. Hulk appears in the video with a cane/walking stick due to many back surgeries he has had in the last few years. Hulk is in the video on the phone where he talks about paying his son’s fine. Hulk also complained about the woman that Nick was hanging out with.
Bubba The Love Sponge and WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan used to be close, but a famous scandal from many years ago ended that friendship. Bubba noted on Twitter/X that he was blocked by Hulk Hogan, which probably isn’t a surprise to most people.
