Huge Survivor Series Match Announced For John Cena On WWE RAW
WWE Intercontinental Champion John Cena kicked off his final appearance as an in-ring competitor on Monday Night RAW with a huge cheer from the crowd. The 48-year-old is all set to hang up his boots in less than a month, when he faces the winner of the “Last time is Now” tournament at next month’s Saturday Night’s Main Event.
The tournament to determine Cena’s final opponent is already underway, and his past rivals like Sheamus and Rusev have already advanced to the next round. Two more wrestlers will advance tonight as Solo Sikoa faces a mystery opponent later on the show.
Meanwhile, the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion, Gunther, returns to WWE tonight to face NXT superstar Je’Von Evans at Madison Square Garden.
Dominik Mysterio to face John Cena at WWE Survivor Series
AAA Mega Champion, Dominik Mysterio, interrupted the Never Seen 17’s final promo on Monday Night RAW after losing his Intercontinental Championship to him last week. The younger Mysterio stepped up to challenge the newly-crowned Grand Slam Champion for the IC title but refused to fight him tonight.
