Hall Of Famer Teases WWE Return

WWE Hall Of Famer Explains Why He Vanished

A popular WWE figure could be on their way back.

Paul Heyman hasn’t been seen on WWE television for several weeks after his loyalty to Roman Reigns put him on the wrong side of the ‘new’ Bloodline and Solo Sikoa.

After weeks of rising tension, things reached a head on SmackDown in Madison Square Garden where The Wise Man refused to acknowledge Sikoa as his Tribal Chief and he was promptly destroyed by the group and slammed through the announce table.

Although he’s been very much in the background since Heyman has now discussed for the first time a potential return to television.

During an appearance at NYC Fanatics Fest, Heyman discussed the Bloodline story and his own future plans.

“I don’t even think we’re in the third inning yet, and now that you see the emergence of Solo and Jacob Fatu and the Tongas and the fact that they are a real threat. The first time a real threat to Roman Reigns’ dominance to Roman Reigns sitting at the ‘Head of the Table’ to Roman Reigns being the top star to Roman Reigns actually being the ‘Tribal Chief.’

How many stories can we tell from the position that we’re in now? You don’t know what Jimmy Uso stance on this is. You don’t know what Jey Uso stance on this is. You don’t know if or when ‘The Wise Man’ will return.

You don’t know who else Solo may or may not have in his back pocket ready to debut. You don’t know what our moves, what Roman Reigns’s moves, what my moves, what anybody’s moves can be. All you know is that Roman Reigns is back. He’s back to reclaim the title of ‘Tribal Chief’ from Solo, and Solo has so much backup right now that Roman’s in deep, deep, deep trouble.”

Roman Reigns Takes Bloodline-Sized Beatdown On WWE SmackDown

On the August 16th episode of SmackDown, Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa again came face to face, but this time it was the ‘new’ Bloodline that got the upper hand.

Sikoa told Reigns that if he wanted the ula fala necklace back he’d have to come and take it. A fired-up Reigns then did just that, taking out Sikoa and Tama Tonga, placing the ula fala around his neck just hours after the death of his uncle Afa Anoa’i. But his triumph was short-lived.

Reigns was quickly attacked by Jacob Fatu who is still wearing a protective boot. With the former World Champion on the ropes, the rest of The Bloodline joined in and Powerbombed the star through the announce table.
