Grayson Waller – “I Talk A Lot But I Back It Up”

Grayson Waller

After one of the biggest weeks of his career, Grayson Waller has made it clear he feels that his actions back up his words.

Having been drafted to SmackDown whilst still being injured, Grayson Waller has been hosting his talk show on the programming, with his recent guests including Logan Paul and Edge.

It was on the 7th July episode from the blue brand where ‘The Rated R Superstar’ confirmed he would be back in action later that night, against Waller. This led to Waller competing in his first match on SmackDown, with the match being the main event inside the iconic Madison Square Garden.

In a discussion on WWE’s The Bump, Grayson Waller discussed how big the match was for him, but that it also proves he can back up what he’s been saying.

I’m sure as a ten-year-old, when I was a fan, that would have been a huge moment, but for me, I’m not a fan anymore. Personally, I think a lot of people say a lot about Grayson Waller because I talk, because I have the talk show. I talk a big game, but the thing is, every time I get in the ring, I back it up.

For someone like Edge to basically tell the world, ‘Hey, he’s as good as he says he is,’ that meant a lot. It wasn’t from a fan perspective that it was a cool moment. It was from a professional perspective, that someone that’s done so much in this business recognized that yeah, I talk a lot, but I back it up every time.

Waller also made comments towards Dwayne Johnson’s wardrobe, which The Rock has fired back on.
