Former WWE Champion Teases Big Return On Raw
WrestleMania 40 is in the record books and now WWE looks to start afresh in its new era and that will include one former WWE Champion.
WWE has made it very clear that the Paul Levesque era is upon us, so much so, that Stephanie McMahon declared WrestleMania 40 the first of that era during her surprise appearance at that event.
The Raw after WrestleMania saw the company take a lurch to the future as two NXT Champions made their Raw debuts on the show. Following Ilja Dragunov’s bout with Shinsuke Nakamura, it was confirmed that the WWE Draft is returning and fans won’t have to wait long to find out which stars are going where.
Sheamus Vignette Airs On WWE Raw
Fans watching Raw were also abuzz after a vignette showcasing former WWE Champion Sheamus aired, signalling that he is closing in on a return to action.

Fightful Select has reported that Sheamus might not actually return to TV until the week of the draft or at least, he won’t be designated to a particular brand until then.
The last time fans saw Sheamus compete in a WWE ring was back in August 2023 when he lost to Edge in the WWE Hall of Famer’s last match for the company before he made the switch to AEW.
Fans will be glad to see the Irish star return as WWE has several major shows taking place in Europe over the next few months beginning with Backlash in France on May 4th.
