Former NXT Star “WWE Bound”

A former NXT star looks like the latest competitor to be set to return to WWE with a new report stating that it’s being talked about as a “done deal.”

Former NXT star Chelsea Green could very well be on her way back to WWE following her release from the company in April 2021.

With Triple H now in charge of the company, several former stars including Braun Strowman, Emma, Dakota Kai, and Bray Wyatt have all made their returns.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that while Green may not have put pen to paper, she is considered as coming back within WWE:

“WWE bound most likely. Within the company, it’s been talked about as something that is happening. I don’t know if she’s put pen to paper but she did just finish up with IMPACT so it makes sense. Presumably, she’s in but like I said, can’t confirm a contract signing but can confirm that they are talking about it as if it’s a done deal in the company.”

Meltzer also gave an update on the Survivor Series – WarGames main event which may have to undergo a massive change due to an injury.
