Forgotten AEW Star Ready For Return After 18 Months Out
One forgotten AEW star is set to make their comeback to the company after 18 months on the shelf due to injury.
The 4th of December edition of Dynamite saw a vignette air where two cowboys posted wanted posters around an old Western town. By the end of the vignette, it became clear that the man on the poster was the former Ring of Honor World Champion Bandido.

Why Has Bandido Been Missing From AEW?
Bandido has not been seen in AEW since he lost to Konosuke Takeshita on the 16th of June 2023 edition of Rampage.
In the weeks after that show, it was revealed the star had suffered a wrist injury, but this was just the start of his nightmare. Bandido was eventually forced to undergo a second surgery in December when the issue failed to heal. It had originally been hoped the star would be back in the ring by May, but his progress was slowed yet again.
Bandido was backstage at AEW shows in recent weeks as he prepares for his return but now with the company advertising him again, it seems his comeback will be happening sooner rather than later after 18 months on the shelf.
